A 20-minute Assessment of where your time is going.
Eight short questions over WhatsApp. You answer with voice notes whenever it suits you. A branded PDF report lands in your inbox within 48 hours of the final note.
Four steps. Twenty minutes of your time. No calendar Tetris.
I research your business
The moment you enquire, I spend time on your website and in your sector. Your industry patterns, likely tool stack, the roles that keep coming up. When we talk, you are not explaining the basics. You do nothing on your side.
20-minute discovery call
A short call, informed by the research above. We talk bigger picture: where time is going, what prompted the enquiry, and whether the Assessment is the right fit. If it's not, I'll tell you on the call.
Eight questions over WhatsApp
I send questions as text, one or two at a time, over 3-5 days. You reply with voice notes when it suits you. One to three minutes per answer is plenty. If you miss a day, I send a light nudge. No pressure, no clock.
Report in 48 hours, then the readout
Within 48 hours of your final voice note, a six-page PDF lands in your inbox: what we heard, where time is going, a 14-day plan you can run yourself, and a few bigger opportunities worth a longer conversation.
Then we book a 45-minute readout when you are ready. We walk through the findings together, your team is welcome to join, and you decide whether to keep going or stop there.
If the readout points to deeper work, the next two steps are the Full Operations Diagnostic (Step 4, AU$4,000–$7,000) and the monthly retainer (Step 5, from AU$1,500/month including two hours of AI training per month and your AI Executive Assistant installed in month 1). Each one earns the next. No pressure either way.

A sample page, lightly redacted.
Real findings from a past Assessment, with identifying details blurred. The report is written in plain English, runs about six pages, and includes quantified bottlenecks and a 14-day Quick Win plan.

What you walk away with.
An insight you could not produce yourself
A pattern in your own business that you had not connected. Named in plain English, described in your own vocabulary, grounded in what you said rather than what I assumed. The thing you read and think: I had not put it that way before.
A plan you trust
Three to five concrete changes, sequenced across 14 days, specific enough for you to judge quality on first read. Each item is something I am willing to stake reputation on landing inside the window. If an item might fail, it is not in the plan.
A clear view of the commercial path
If further work makes sense, you see the retainer price range, the Full Diagnostic cost if relevant, and the rough scope shape. Enough to self-qualify without another call. If it does not make sense, no awkwardness. You keep the report and the 14-day plan, and we part friends.
Designed for business owners, not for me.
Async by default
Record answers between meetings, on the school run, late at night. No calendar coordination. No rescheduling.
Voice, not forms
Voice notes capture nuance forms can't. You talk, I listen. No typing, no sign-up, no survey fatigue.
No slide deck
You get a written report you can skim in ten minutes, share with your leadership team, or ignore. No 90-minute findings presentation unless you want one.
