Deep Diagnosis

Find out where your business is actually losing time.

I map how work moves through your business — the handoffs, the bottlenecks, the stuff that should take ten minutes but takes two hours. Then I tell you exactly what to fix and in what order.

What you get.

Workflow Maps

Visual maps of how work actually flows through your business. Not how you think it works — how it actually works. Who touches what, in what order, and where things stall.

Bottleneck Analysis

The specific points where work gets stuck, delayed, or duplicated. Named, measured, and ranked by impact. No vague "communication could be improved" — concrete findings.

Time & Cost Quantification

Dollar figures on what each bottleneck is costing you. Hours per week, cost per year, recovery potential. So you can make decisions based on numbers, not gut feel.

Prioritised Recommendations

What to fix first, second, third. Each recommendation ranked by effort vs. impact. Some are quick wins you can do tomorrow. Others need investment but deliver the biggest returns.

Implementation Roadmap

A sequenced plan for the next 6-12 months. What to eliminate, what to restructure, what to automate — and in what order so you're not trying to change everything at once.

Executive Summary

A clear, jargon-free summary you can share with your leadership team or board. The problem, the numbers, the fix. One page that tells the whole story.

Who this is for.

Business owners who know something is off but can't pinpoint where. The team is busy, but output doesn't match the effort. Things fall through cracks. Handoffs take too long. People are doing work that shouldn't exist. Typically 15-200 employees, $5-50M revenue.

Not a fit: Businesses that already know exactly what to build and just need someone to build it (skip to automation). Businesses under 15 people where the owner can see every workflow end-to-end. Or anyone looking for a generic "digital transformation" roadmap — I don't do those.

How the diagnostic works.

01

Discovery Interviews

I talk to 4-8 people across your business — owners, managers, and the people doing the actual work. Not surveys. Real conversations about how their day works, what frustrates them, and where they lose time.

02

Workflow Mapping

I map how work actually moves from person to person and system to system. Every handoff, every decision point, every approval chain. The real process, not the one in your policy manual.

03

Analysis & Findings

I quantify what I found. Hours lost per week, dollars per year, root causes behind the symptoms. I cross-reference what different people told me to separate perception from reality.

04

Recommendations Presentation

I present findings to your leadership team in person or on a call. Written report with workflow maps, cost analysis, and a prioritised roadmap. You walk away knowing exactly what to fix and why.

What it costs and what it returns.

The diagnostic: $5,000–$7,000. The range depends on business complexity — a 20-person company with two departments is less work than a 150-person company with five. I'll quote you a fixed price after an initial conversation.

What's included: All interviews, mapping, analysis, the written report, and the presentation. No hidden fees, no "phase two" upsell baked into the scope. The diagnostic is a standalone product — you own the findings.

Typical return: Quick wins alone — the changes that cost nothing to implement — typically recover $15,000–$30,000 per year in staff capacity. That's before any automation investment.

What happens after: You decide. Some clients take the roadmap and implement it themselves. Others move to a monthly retainer ($1,000–$3,000/mo) where I build the automations identified in the diagnostic. No pressure either way — the report is yours.

Straight answers.

I interview key people in your business (typically 4-8 conversations), map how work actually flows between teams, identify where time and money are being lost, and deliver a prioritised set of recommendations. The whole process takes 2-3 weeks.
2-3 weeks from kickoff to final presentation. Week one is discovery interviews and observation. Week two is analysis and mapping. Week three is findings, recommendations, and a presentation to your leadership team.
A written report with workflow maps, a quantified breakdown of where time is being lost, and a prioritised implementation roadmap. Not a generic slide deck — specific findings about your business with dollar figures attached.
No. Some clients start with the free AI employee and move to the diagnostic once they see the value. Others go straight to the diagnostic because they already know something is broken. Both paths work.
