What your AI employee handles.

Morning Briefing

Email summary, calendar for the day, flagged items from yesterday, tasks that need attention. On your screen before your first coffee.

Inbox Triage

Reads your email, flags what needs your attention, drafts responses to routine messages. You approve or edit before anything sends.

Meeting Prep

Before each meeting: who you're meeting, context from past interactions, relevant documents pulled together, agenda drafted.

Follow-Up Drafting

After meetings and calls, drafts follow-up emails with action items. You review, tweak, and send.

Task Tracking

Surfaces what's overdue, what's coming up, who owes you what. Pulls from your existing task tracker or a simple shared spreadsheet.

Team Visibility

See what your team is working on without asking. The assistant aggregates updates from shared tools and gives you the picture.

Who this is for.

Business owners and operators who spend too much time on admin and not enough time on the work that grows the business. Typically 15-200 employees, $5-50M revenue. You don't need to be technical — if you can send a text message, you can use this.

Not a fit: Businesses under 15 people (not enough complexity), businesses in financial distress (fix that first), or anyone looking for a chatbot on their website. This is an internal operations tool, not a customer-facing widget.

Setup takes 15 minutes.

01

I have a conversation with you

15 minutes on a call. I learn where your tasks live, how your team coordinates, what tools you use. No forms, no questionnaires.

02

I set it up

I connect the assistant to your email, calendar, and task tracker. Configure it around how your team actually works. Done remotely — I work with businesses across Australia, the US, NZ, and South Africa.

03

You start using it

Morning briefings start the next day. Inbox triage, meeting prep, and follow-ups within the first week. You type what you need in plain English.

04

It keeps getting better

I refine based on real usage over the first month. By month two, the assistant is surfacing what needs your attention before you have to ask.

Transparent and simple.

My setup fee: $0. The AI employee is free. I set it up, connect your tools, configure it for your team.

What you pay: The AI platform subscription — $20 to $100/month depending on usage. You pay the provider directly. Same way you pay for Gmail or Xero.

Why free? Once the assistant is running, the conversation about what else to automate becomes obvious. The operations diagnostic ($5,000-$7,000) and ongoing retainer ($1,000-$3,000/month) are where I earn — but only after you've seen the value firsthand.

Straight answers.

Morning briefings (email + calendar summary), inbox triage (flags what needs your attention), meeting prep (agenda + context from past interactions), and follow-up drafting. It works inside your existing tools — Gmail, Outlook, Xero, Google Calendar.
Once you see what it can do with email and calendar, the conversation about what else to automate happens naturally. I earn from the diagnostic and retainer work — the assistant just needs to be useful.
Email, calendar, and 15 minutes. I have a conversation with you about where your tasks live and how your team coordinates. The assistant is configured around that. No software to install — it runs as an AI assistant on your machine.
Everything stays on your machine. Your credentials, files, and tool connections are local. The AI processes conversations via the provider's API (same way Gmail processes your email). No shared database between clients. Each deployment is fully isolated.
